Placing an order:
Orders are received on our web site www.silverlineimports.com 24 hours a day. Phone orders or customer service is available by calling 800.689.3310 Monday- Thursday 10 am- 4 pm Eastern Standard time and Fridays from 10 am to 12.30 pm. We are closed all legal and Jewish Holidays. There is a minimum of $75.00 on all orders, no order under $75.00 will be shipped.

Ordering watches:
There is a minimum of 5 watches per order and they may be assorted styles. Watch orders cannot be combined with your $75.00 jewelry orders. Watch orders with less than 5 pieces will not be shipped. All watch movements come with a 5 year manufacturer warranty (water damage or abuse)

Any web specials:
Any internet specials do NOT require any minimum piece or Dollar amount.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 3 working Days (excluding holiday seasons). Orders are shipped UPS or Fed Ex ground, charges vary depending on location, weight and size of order. Average ground shipping cost are between $8.00-$12.00 .

Payment Terms:
Visa, Master card, American Express, and Pay Pal are accepted. We do not ship COD or accept company or personal checks.

Pricing:
All prices are at wholesale prices and are based at silver $35.00 per ounce. Prices may go up or down as silver prices change. You are guaranteed to receive the merchandise posted on our website at the time you place your order.

Inventory:
If an item you have ordered is out of stock and you chose to order it on back order (we will ship when the item becomes available) you will not be charged additional shipping fees. Your credit card will not be charged for items you have on back order until we are ready to ship your products. Back orders may take about 3 weeks till it becomes available.

Merchandise:
We at Silver Line prides ourselves in carrying only the highest quality jewelry in the market for the lowest possible prices, you can rest assure we have the lowest wholesale prices available in the industry and we make every effort to bring you the latest and newest in design. All merchandise is clearly marked in the description if it is 925 sterling silver, brass with a pure sterling silver plating, or brass with pure sterling silver platting with a Gold or Rhodium platting on top of the silver plate. This process is done to bring out the most brilliant, radiant, and lustrous look you will find only in the finest jewelry and high end accessory shops. We only use the finest quality CZ, natural or synthetic stones helping every piece we sell sparkle like a Diamond Master Piece.

Returns:
No returns accepted. Only merchandise with a manufactures defect may be returned for exchange only with in its original packing and a copy of the original invoice within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Any returns that look as the item has been damaged deliberately will not be exchanged and will be shipped back.
